Water Damage in Ceiling

An upstairs bathroom bath tub overflowed  and damaged the ceiling of the flood below. The customer noticed water dripping from the ceiling and realized it was from the bathtub overflowing. The customer was very worried about the extent of the damage and was highly upset when she called SERVPRO of North Knoxville. We were able to alleviate her worries and reassure her that she was in good hands. Thankfully, we just had to tear out the existing drywall on the ceiling. We then placed air movers to dry the space. After, we replaced the drywall on her ceiling. The whole process only took a few days and the customer was highly satisfied with the work we had performed. She had been expecting a much longer and costlier process and was over joyed with the outcome.
