Category 3 Water Damage

This was a half finished basement that flooded with Category 3 water. We pumped the water out of the area, cleaned the contents of the area, sprayed an antimicrobial, and ensured the area was dry. We also cleaned the bathroom above this floor; it was where the loss occurred. The customer figured that most of the contents in the basement that they had stored away for safe keeping had been destroyed an d would need to be disposed of. The team at SERVPRO of North Knoxville were able to efficiently clean the area and its contents. We were able to save most of the contents in the basement at the amazement of the home owners. It is always a pleasure to be able to deliver better service than what is expected but the customer.
