Water Damage to White Carpet

This was a job that a customer called in and was extremely worried about her white carpet. Apparently, the hot water tank at there home was pretty old. The bottom rusted out of it and caused it to leak water. As you can imagine, it was every homeowners worst nightmare! The hot water tank was in the garage that shared a wall with the living room and guest bathroom. The wall between the rooms had been damaged as well as the carpet in the living room. With placing our drying equipment and using weighted extraction on the carpet, the team at SERVPRO of North Knoxville was able to get the homeowners back to preloss conditions. The walls were dry and the white carpet was saved. The home owners were thrilled by the services we performed.
