This is the result of a fire that happened at a local area fabrication company. The heating and air unit caught on fire and caused a significant amount of damage. As you can imagine the owner was pretty upset when he called. We assured him that our team at SERVPRO of North Knoxville would take great care of him. We instructed him to place all of his burdens upon us and he needed not to worry. When we arrived on scene, we immediately began remediation services. We cleaned what areas we were able to salvage and began tearing out unsalvageable areas. Within a few days, we were able to get them back to preloss conditions. They were able to bring all of their employees back to work and everyone involved was thrilled that the process took way less time than expected. It was "Like it never even happened." at all.
