Water in Register

A call came in from a landlord about sewage coming up out of the drains. The bathroom was so over ran with water, it filled the ducts in the register in the floor. This was a horrific sight for anybody to walk into. The client called SERVPRO of North Knoxville right away to come out and assess the situation. We assured the client we were going to take care of everything and he needed not to worry anymore. It was a very messy job but we were able to get his property dry and back to preloss condition. The horrific sight the client seen when he opened the door to his rental unit, compared to our finished product, was an amazing difference. He was completely pleased with our work and has remained a faithful client since 2015.
