Heavy Rainfall

It is very important to be sure that your roof is repaired each year to avoid water damage. These are pictures from a cinema who forgot to have their roof checked after a harsh winter. The roof had some damage and allowed for water to get inside the building. The ceiling started to cave in from the weight of the water baring down on it. It not only caused damage to the roof structure but damage to the contents as well. The cinema had to have the seats professionally cleaned by SERVPRO of North Knoxville. The rather expensive screen in the theatre had to also be replaced from damages caused by the water coming in through the roof. It is important to have your roof inspected at least once a year so that minor repairs can be made before they turn in to major losses. Luckily, we were able to salvage the theatre seats and carpets.
