Fire Loss

This is the result of a candle left burning while the customer went to the store in Clinton, TN. She returned home to find the fire department putting out the flames that had engulfed her home. Almost all of her belongings were destroyed beyond repair but, the team at SERVPRO of North Knoxville were there to help. We were able to clean some of her belongings that were able to be salvaged from the soot and smoke. It is really sad to see a customer have to go through something like this. The customer seen that we tried to save as many items for her as we possibly could. She was grateful that after all of that damage, some things were still able to be saved after all. Family heirlooms and pictures may not be much but she was grateful to have them.
